Just had a call from a Research Company(Markinor) and they were doing an ADSL survey, they would say who the client was, but i got a feeling its telkom because of the questions they were asking.

Has anyone else received a similar call??

bmchunu: This has been mentioned on MyADSL before. Do a search for Markinor. I think the conclusion was that it is a company telkom employed to do a survey of users feelings, although the results are only able to be shown to telkom.

I have spoken to Alison Ringer of Markinor,

I have tried to obtain a copy of the questionaire so that we can study this - They will not release the questions they ask without permission from Telkom.

However, any person who has participated in the questionaire may contact SAMRA (SA Marketing Research Ass.) and ask for a copy.
This might only be successful if Telkom publishes some results of the survey and places this information in the public domain.

I have not participated, but my response would be positive provided Markinor is prepared to give me a copy of the questionaire - which they will not.
