Just to say (rather oddly) say how impressed I am with telkom.

My ADSL line went down on Friday night, called Saturday morning at 8AM, lady checked my line, said there is a fault and logged it. Got a call today and a tech came out (Sunday) and sorted it out, that's a turn around of 28hours from my call.

I normally HATE telkom but hats off the the techs!
 
I know they do, but faults are still handled 1 by 1 or a order.

Telkom has to work overtime to keep up with the work cause they are short staffed.
