Telkom Router drops ADSL connection when phoning...

Each time I make a phone call, my Telkom router (WR100 I think) drops the ADSL connection and then connects again while I am still on the phone. So they do work at the same time.

Question is, does this happen to anyone else?

Do you have a filter installed for your phone line ?

I haven't got a filter because there isn't any auditable interference on the phone. Should I put one on then to resolve the issue?

Correct me if I am wrong but it goes on the phone line to the phone right? how does that affect the modem disconnects?

I would recommend to try a filter.
