Does anyone know how to put a Telkom Marconi 4-port Wi-Fi ADSL router into bridge mode?

I swear, this thing has got to have the most confusing interface ever conceived.

I know what you mean.

I use the Telkom CD provided with the router. Reset all your routers settings. Run the Telkom CD and choose the Bridge mode option.

Then logon and make additional changes to the router: eg change password, turn off wireless, turn off DCHP, Turn off Firewall. Make sure you hit "save configuration" otherwise it reverts to the old config after power off.

Under config -> WAN, enable bridging.. or if you talking about their newer primium combo one, it only allows bridging/1483 mode or routed PPPoE, tho there is a workaround on marconi's site.

Which one? because everyone gets confused.

We have the:

Premium Combo
W100
5102g
WiFi

But I assume you are using the little cream one with a black aerial on top.

go to 10.0.0.2
username: admin password: administrator

go to wan below configuration

enable bridge and change the encapusulation to 1483 bridged mode

submit, save and save/reboot
