Telkom said they will provide software

I know this will never happen but and I quote "To this end Telkom will provide ISPs with tools to control ADSL sessions." thet only way to do this i think is with a raduis server are they going to give the ISP's the software NO I dont think so

Note point #3.. the official telkom release about these 'tools' was on hellkom a while back, cant seem to find it tho..
