So I had to move from my previous apartment in town to a new place in Rondebosch but there's no physical telephone line.

Phoned to order a Telkom line so I could get adsl and they said I should hear from a technician in 2 weeks. Time passes and I hear from no one so phone them and again and they say there's no space on the infrastructure for new lines.

What do I do now? Any alternatives? I have a 400+400gb capped account with Afrihost which I wouldn't like to lose as it's a really good price...

Thanks for any advice in advance :)

Did you check to see if you have FTTH coverage from the various providers like telkom, vumatel etc?
