Telkom Screwin Me Around

3 weeks ago i applied for adsl 384. I know telkoms service is bull and i had to keep phoning them, I phoned them yesterday and they say my order has been cancelled due to a fibre optic error! WTF IS THAT. I also ordered a new telephone line in the same application and they have just forgotten about it. Should i reapply or what?!?!? Plz can sum1 help me.

nobody can help you when you're standing up against telkom... not even ICASA.

similar thing here... been waiting more than a month. today they have some type of error and now we have to phone again tomorrow. two weeks ago they ran out of copper!

I applied a few days back - I dont mind the snarlups and minor waiting - apparently the chaos is in the initial getting of the service, once you got it, its mostly smooth sailing from what I can gather. As a sentech and iburst refugee, I've developed patience and a thick skin
