Heya ppl

I need to contact a senior person in Telkom regarding my exchange. It has been up and down since I got my line and it now has been down for 5 days.

Telkom knows about the problem and say "We are wekking to fix it" which is not good enough.

I need to speak to someone who can get things done, so if anyone can help me please pm me or post here.

If you haven't already, you could try to send an email to [email protected] quoting your fault reference number, asking to escalate the fault.
Sending the same e-mail repeatedly to that address seems to help ;)
Then, If you're lucky, you should get a phone call from customer care.

No seriously, sometimes it really works. Sometimes you even get two phone calls, especially if you spammed the email a bit; looks like there are a couple of recipients behind that mailbox.

But alas, that does not gaurantee a solution to your line fault.
