Telkom service stinks

Due to slow speed my ISP told me to get Telkom to recreate my ADSL port. This was at 18h00. The person who helped me while my ADSL was working did something wrong I think and after the support I had no internet connectivity. She then put me through to a snr support person. After 1 hour I thought no it cannot be and dropped the call and phone in again. I told the guy at tech support I had to hold on for over 60min without someone answering. Just hearing the staff are busy and will get to my call and he said 60min is too long. He put me through to the snr support people and said I should not have to hold on for 60min. Guess what? After another 2 hours my call was dropped at 21h00. May be they went home?

This is the much improved customer service provided by Telkom - now I'm sitting without internet.

When something is working - break it so someone can fix it while the customer has to live with no service for weeks.
