when they say their moving to an ip based network, then am i right in saying that their moving from a circuit swtiched network to a packet switching network?

if this is true, then it was been proven in other countries to drastically reduce prices, this would be the equivalent of moving from dialup 64k isdn to a 64k diginet line, ur basically always on.

There internal IT staff is actually decent and they outsource a lot anyway so no issues there
