Telkom shaping?

Hi,

I have do broadband basic (5gb+5Gb), and have been experiencing an obvious cap of exactly 256kbps download the last couple of weeks. Jeeze even my upload is faster (around 384kbps). Is this a Telkom thing, meaning they cap during certain parts of the day, or should I complain?

Never mind guys, seems a reboot of the router fixed it. Strange though.
