Telkom showing 20GB allocation for month?

My daily CAP report from Telkom this morning had some new info.

Normally it's listed as:

Blended Usage
A. Data Allocated (Default Package) - 9.00GB
B. Additional Requested Out Of Bundle GB - 0Bytes or [0.00GB]
C. Total TopUp Purchased - 0.00GB
D. Total Blended Data Exceeding Cap - 0Bytes or [0.00GB]
Grand Total Cap (A + B + C + D) - 9.00GB

This morning it was listed as:

A. Data Allocated (Default Package) - 20.00GB
B. Additional Requested Out Of Bundle GB - 0Bytes or [0.00GB]
C. Total TopUp Purchased - 0.00GB
D. Total Blended Data Exceeding Cap - 0Bytes or [0.00GB]
Grand Total Cap (A + B + C + D) - 20.00GB

Is this a Telkom screw-up or did they enlarge their standard caps?

Its good that Telkom is doing something. Even though they are contradicting themselves by giving you extra Gb's...somma 10Gb also. They believe nobody in SA uses more than 9Gb - that is what their data indicates :/

The first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem.

Here are 3 reasons :

In the six years with Telkom I can't remember a single outage where I've had no access. Can you say that about your ISP ?
I never ever receive spam on my telkom email. Can you say that ? With MWEB i received spam the day I activated my email and before I'd even used it !
Their technical staff are waaaaay superior to MWEB

Promo, testing the network...... but I think since they won't really cut the line rental prices on 384 and 4mb they will treat Telkomsa.net customers with extra gigs.
