Hello! So I am in an LTE coverage area, and I'm using an LTE device, but about 5 days ago I lost my telkom signal! Just suddenly there is no coverage. I have signal about 10km from my house, but absolutely nothing in the yard or house. I've tried manually searching for a network, and only MTN and Vodacom is picked up.
Now I know that MTN and telkom are roaming partners, so I set to roam on MTN, and it says it's connected, but I cannot use the internet at all. I tried using the 'TelkomInternet', 'myMTN', and 'internet' APNs to no avail. There is nothing wrong with my sim card, I've been to the store 3 times now and this issue has not been resolved. (Also did a sim swap)
I tested the sim in 3 other devices with no luck. I'm getting very frustrated with this, so if anyone has a solution that I've not yet tried, please let me know!
