Telkom Simple - Voice Call Quality?

I just wanted to know if anyone else experiences poor voice Call Quality on the Telkom Simple Package? I tried searching the posts here for more info, but have not come across any. I even replaced the phone, but the voice calls are still very "soft", even with the phones set to the highest volume. The phone is connected to the filter.

What could be the problem and how can this be fixed?

Irrespective of what package you have the pots service is the same for all subscribers.

I suggest you log a fault for your voice line.
