Telkom smartbroadband lte uncapped running really slow.

My smartbroadband uncapped lte is running at around 1.2mbps. It was running around 30mbps. I think the fair use policy is around 300gigs but i have only used 120gigs. No torrenting or p2p. What can i do?

They're many factors that might be going. You might have moved the router frequently. If move from the position it catches network it'll slow down as it refresh agn. Call them on 081180, & ask for outside antennas,Bt one thing I can guarantee you the speed il pick up & they'll never come to you.

The signal hasnt changed, i havent moved the router at all.
What do you mean outside antennas?
