I received this e-mail about the rates changes about 25 times already. What gives?

At TelkomInternet our quest is to consistently improve our service to you and remain competitive. We are therefore pleased to announce that as of 1 September 2007 TelkomInternet will be making some significant changes and enhancements to our existing product offerings, designed with you, our customer, in mind.
Among the changes is that some of the products will have name changes in order to align the products and simplify the ordering and billing process i.e. TI-AllAccess Advanced 4GB U instead of TIPA Advanced - 4GB Unshaped (Monthly). The realignment has also resulted in price decreases on some of your products. These changes will be applicable to both our new and existing subscribers from 1 September 2007........."
