My speed test says my download speed is 241 kbps but during the day or right at this moment if i get more than between 10-30 kbps on my torrents i will feel elated - all that speed only happens during 1 am and 7 am when the feed is free and then it is variable because it is not constant as the speed seems to drop after 3 am again -it seems as if you are given a certain amount of data each day and when you reach it then your speed is automatically slowed . I have the uncapped product so basically i get pushed to download during the midnight off peak hours but as i said it is still somehow capped with only 2 to 3 of those midnight hours actually giving full throttle
