I'm currently on the do simple uncapped package (R526.32 p/m based on my June bill) so I called and asked about upgrading me to 4mb. One guy said i'll only pay R50 extra (so R576.32) so I said to do it, he patched me through to someone else who I asked the same thing for confirmation and he told me i'll be paying ~R700 for this.
Based on (http://mygaming.co.za/news/broadband/77692-best-uncapped-and-capped-adsl-prices-in-sa.html) I calculated that Telkom4Mbps uncapped + Line rental + ADSL rental =R286 + R189 + R165 = R640. So i'm rather confused with exactly how much i'll be paying to upgrade since it doesn't look like the free upgrades are going to happen
