The problem I see with Telkom is that they charge for the ADSL line, and then you still have to pay the ISP, 2 payments, 1 service. In the general worldwide picture of things(I had ADSL in the UK) you dont get charged for the ADSL line, just the ISP. This, in my eyes, is Telkom once again using their monopoly to squeeze every drop of cash from us. I mean, when you order a new line from them, they always charge you this "Once off setup fee" plus the monthly installments from then on. So before you have even used their service you have paid for 1 month. In the UK if you want ADSL you order it from the ISP and they sort out the rest. You can if you want, go through BT but they are like Telkom in their service.
