So i logged a fault with telkom a few days ago. Experiencing very bad latency issues. So a "technician" comes over today and asks whats the problem. So i say "latency issues". He turns around and asks me simply "whats that?" :wtf: LOL Neway after i say "My pings are very high" thinking he would understand this. He again asks me "whats that?"
im confused now and dont know how to explain it. So i say "i have lag". Still confused he asks "do you mean your connection speed?" :wtf: I give up and say "Yeah. Do what you can."
