Telkom Store : What's the point?

In the past when I wanted cancel ... I had to phone the call centre.
Same with a query ... whether accounts or other.

Today I walk in to pay my Telkom account as per usual - and the guy says they don't do it anymore and I need to pay at PnP? Is there a point to them anymore?
 
i agree there useless they cant help you,you even have crap when wanting to buy a telephone...
 
Agreed, had the same thing happen to me in the beginning of the month.

I thought the lady was joking when she said I can't pay there.
