Telkom support contact - table view

Hi All,

I hope that somebody can assist me.

I'm looking to contact a support supervisor at Telkom as I've tried to be forwarded to one from the Telkom Faults department. I've tried numerous times before and been left on hold for over an hour on one occasion, eventually putting down the phone in frustration.

I've had an issue with my telkom line for the past 2 weeks and logged 4 separate faults with Telkom which they keep closing as resolved and nothing was actually done. I am getting extremely frustrated and don't seem to be getting any support what so ever from Telkom.

I have still not had a technician to my home and had them test my line. I am located in Table View, so if anybody can assist with a reliable contact at Telkom, it would be much appreciated.

That's not a very good thread name. Make it more definitive. Also, include your ISP in the post.
 
Go to the Telkom shop in Bayside. That way they can't put you on hold / hang up in your face.
 
I'm actually having the exact problem atm. Calls keep being closed with a 'port has been recreated' message but nothing changes. In the meantime my ADSL speed is slowly degrading - now down to .3mbs.

Did you manage to solve this problem? Would much appreciate if you can point me in the right direction.
