I have been battling with Telkom for the last few months to get my line sorted kept disconnecting.
In the process they cut my line speed to 2mb from 10mbps without my consent - I know why they do this but if they had listened they wouldn't have done it because I live across the road from the exchange.
Does anyone know the number I can call to rectify this
