That's true but after speaking to my cousin who lives in New Zealand, and finding out that after his included usage amount of 20Gb/month is used up, he pays $5 for 5 more GB, they still are a lot better off than us.

I think they did LLU some time ago so things are gonna get better for them, unlike here where Telkom just refuses to let the country progress.
