Well my line went dead and so i thought since i have had my line and modem for only a month that it had to be telkom. So i phone and reported a fault and was told that if they have to come out and it's my modem they will charge me R114 or something. To my suprise the Techie come in on Friday and plugs in his modem and presto its working... So it was my modem. The though of losing another R100 to Telkom just sickened me. But.. He then tells me don't worry about the call out fee. He thinks its stupid and just says if Telkom phones just say u donno what he did.
