Issue since October 2011, been phoning execs for the last 3 weeks, finally get a Tech to come to the house and .......... he came in, told me the internet was on at the moment (bright spark) so he wasn't gonna check anything. I apparently have to phone them when the net is down so that they can come only when it's down, hard to do when most times it goes down in the evening or early AM. I asked him if he was not even going to test the jack for the fault (which is where I think it lies) or if he was going to fix the unworking jack (paid R500 2 years ago, been not working since installed) and he said they probably didn't charge me for it so no, he wasn't going to fix that either and then he left. So he was here for all of 3 minutes. Weeks and months of phone calls to supposed monkeys in charge and this was the yield?
What.The.Fsck is up with service like that! It's disgusting.
