Found the rubber seal from the phone line's connection box which is on top of the pole in the back corner of the property on the ground. Now when it rains I have weak signal and errors.



If you have a direct contact to a technician in this area I will appreciate it.

dont call the process much longer for them... log online or sms. goes directly to database and easier for them to send someone out...

Im in bothasig area and if sms or log it online normaly within a week they sort you out. ive always experienced good service of 2 days everytime so just try log online or sms
