O I really do not understand how Telkom is going on this business and how messed up. Lets start at the very beginning. I purposed a Telkom mobile labtop deal for R199 over 24 Months the Contract was sighed in March at the Telkom store in Bloemfontein. The Telkom mobile router number is <mod: removed cell number> I received my account and the amount did not go off. I Phoned and it was “corrected” next month same thing. Received the account and nothing went off. After sending and receiving phone calls it was found that TELKOM made a MISTAKE regarding the my bank details that is why the payment did not go off. The details was corrected and the amount owned was taken off from my Bank account it was all fine because it is money that I owned. This was about R700 –R900 will need to check the bank statement The gentlemen assisting me regarding this problem said that the problem is sorted and that it was a mistake from Telkom’s side. This was in June/July On the 2 Nov I received an sms that said that my account is overdue by R728.15 and R2803.22 ???? HOW IS THIS POSIBLE ref 501476041 and 501819432. I phoned Telkom on the 2 Nov and asking them what is going on? The said that they will contact me back in 7 days??? \Well today is the 21 November 2016. Still waiting. Apparently my account was closed and a new one reopened? I have not sighed any documentation How is it possible to make a big thing messed up from my account ??? I am Urgently waiting feed back This is the worst service I have ever received from any company. Please get my details in order asap and now you took R2700 from my bank account
still no call back !!!!

Lets start at the very beginning. I purposed (archaic way of using it) a Telkom mobile laptop deal for R199 over 24 Months, the Contract was signed in March at the Telkom store in Bloemfontein.
The Telkom mobile router number is 0815948...(don't give numbers, there are bots here) and I received my account but the amount did not go off.

I phoned (Telkom) and it was “corrected”, but the next month same thing happened again. I received the invoice and nothing went off. After sending and receiving phone calls it was found that Telkom made a mistake regarding my banking details which is why the payment did not go off. The details were corrected and the amount owed was taken off my Bank account (ambiguity).

This was about R700 –R900 (I'll need to check the bank statement). The gentlemen assisting me regarding this problem said that the problem is sorted and that it was a mistake from Telkom’s side, this was in June/July. On the 2 Nov I received an sms that stated that my account is overdue by R728.15 and R2803.22 ? (one is enough)

How is this possible?! (Stop using caps, using ?! infers the same thing) My reference numbers are (no need to use shorthand, this is not Twitter) 501476041 and 501819432. I phoned Telkom on the 2 Nov. and asked them what was going on? They said that they will contact me in 7 days? Well, today is the 21 November 2016. I am still waiting.

Apparently my account was closed and a new one reopened? I have not signed any documentation, how is it possible to make such a mess-up with my account ? (one question mark is fine, I think I stated what you wanted to say, not sure as the grammar was terrible)

I am urgently awaiting feed back. This is the worst service I have ever received from any company. Please get my details in order asap. You've also just taken R2700 from my bank account and yet I still haven't received any form of communication!

Others have to read what you write, that's the point of the forum. Re-read a post before submitting.

EDIT: Also consider changing your title to something more relevant, e.g Telkom messed up my billing.
