I started to download a torrent on my Telkom account, max is about 30kb/s. When I change over to Afrihost, I get about 350 kb/s. Is Telkom throttling torrents?

AFAIK they always shape during the day. Speed will generally pick up after 8-10pm and drop around 7-9am again.
