Is telkom throttling p2p? My torrents have been extremely slow this past month and I have been waiting it out since. Is it just me?

I know what you mean.
During day times I sometimes get full speed for around half an hour at a time, this is only about 4 times a day though. At night my speeds are still pretty low.

An ISP that throttles torrents...especially during the last few days of the month when people are downloading their hearts out because tomorrow is cap reset day? Mmmm, might have to get the competition commission in on this one
