Telkom titracker app

Is there any app to check your usage on telkom. Its a shlep to log onto the website every time

I'd make one if I still had a Telkom account. It'd be simple-ish:
1. Request user for username and password.
2. Log into the webpage using wget with the username and password given.
3. Convert the table cells into variables (you can convert html tables to .csv quite easily -- replace <tr> with "", </tr> with "\n", <td> with "", and </td> with ";" ).
4. Add vars to dictionary.
5. Output dictionary values to graph.

In the pipeline, but you know you can get email or sms reports (on capped, in the pipeline for uncapped).

I don't know if you would be able to do it with wget (due to cookies), maybe curl, but the it wiuld probably be easier in python, perl or similar. Maybe Python-Qt ...

What I find makes it a little bit easier is saving a desktop shortcut to this URL: http://userstats.adsl.saix.net/

Double-click, enter username and password, done!

Im not sure how to make apps. Lets hope telkom come through soon. Theyr installing fiber outside my building right now
