Is anyone else having problems with the telkom topup website?
I enter all my credit card details and click submit but i get the following message:
We are unable to proceed with your transaction.
You Credit card is either not enrolled for 3D Secure
or your 3D Secure Authentication is unavailable.
Please ensure that you are registered for 3D Secure.
I have enrolled my card (with Standard Bank) and they say everything is a 100% fine on their side. I have spoken to telkom and they say everything is working their side as well!
Any ideas?
