Telkom tracking a fault

Hi guys,
Some advice please.
I have had a fault logged and in progress for almost 2 weeks now.
I get a daily sms telling me that it is still in progress.

I would like to actually speak to a human to see what the story is. Dialling 10210 doesnt really give me an option to speak to anyone regarding a fault, all they ask is for a cell number to report a new fault (?), but no option to speak to a consultant. If you ignore the prompt to enter a cell number, it eventually says there was an error and will redirect me, but after being on hold for 45 minutes I gave up (I might be in some call centre never-ending loop)

Anyone have a better number I can call?
I have the details of the exchange, and the name/number of who to speak to there, but he is useless, he keeps saying he will get back to me, but never does

Tried the TelkomZA route, but he seems to be ignoring me at present
 
i get the same sms daily to tired to complain , fault has been resolved via Telkomza.
 
If you can get through to billings, explain your problem to them and they will usually transfer you to someone in faults.
