Hi, hope someone could help...
I have 2 Telkom Mobile Data sim cards, one was used in a mobile router (Huawei E5330) and the other in my iPad, if/when we went to visit my Parents in Thabazimbi both always worked perfectly so my parents decided to move their ISP to Telkom mobile too, (No Telkom land lines available) Whilst we waited for their "new Telkom mobile Sim" they used mine which was in the Huawei router. Everything worked perfectly.
Once I received their sim in Pretoria where I stay I set up their router which is a TP Link with a compatible Huawei dongle and everything connected perfectly, they went home (back to Thabazimbi) and now nothing want's to connect. I have turned the mobile roaming to auto but still nothing. I couriered my little Huawei to them yesterday which is already configured with Telkom but still no signal. What could be wrong?? Is it a setting or something on this specific sim that needs to change?
When I placed the order the sales person reassured me it will work there... have been trying to contact Telkom for the last 3 days but seem to hold on for hours but the call doesn't get answered, even if they do answer I am not too sure what to tell them needs changing?!?
