Telkom Uncapped Fiber - softcap?

Having speed problems with Telkom Uncapped Fiber (via Vuma). Everyone else in the neighbourhood on Vuma on other ISP's seems to be good. But our speed dropped from 50MB to about 3-4 MB. Upload speed unchanged at around 5MB.

Before I phone them (not really in the mood to speak to Telkom...what a @#$#@ pain), does anyone perhaps know whether they have some kind of cap on Uncapped Fiber perhaps? Sitting at exactly 450GB for the month on 20/2 line.

What does https://customerportal.telkomsa.net say? It would have a notice if there was FUP applied.

If it says nothing, can you give a rough idea of what are you are in? I'll try and ask someone still there ...
