telkom upgrade problem

I upgraded my existing Telkom mobile contract on the black friday special- did it online.

I received an sms the next day but nothing else since then!

I have called several times to sales, upgrades, etc, on different numbers like 081 182 and 10123, and numerous other numbers that they keep giving me. But each time you get through to someone (after waiting for ages) they can't help me and refer you to another department, who refers you back again.

I am stuck here and the telkom stores cant help either as it was done online.

Does anyone know who i can contact who can simply help me complete my upgrade and get my new phone for the holidays ? Any solution to this problem will be most welcome.

Cancelling and moving is what i'm going to do if nothing happens soon.
