telkom upgrades

my usual ADSL with Telkom gave me 1gig international and 10 gig loca cap.. last month i noticed that my international cap went up till 3gigs... was this a mistake from Telkom.. or was my ADSL upgraded?

3> 5GB
5> 9GB

Not too sure why you went up to 3gig because according to Telkom the Do1 stayed at 1gig, the Do2 went from 3gig to 5gig and Do3 went from 5gig to 9gig.
