Hi All,

just come up on the SAIX noticed board regarding some seapoint, clareinch and Bryanston customers being upgraded to 12Meg!

Notice Ref : NN0004272
Failure Type : Planned Work
Status : Cleared
Problem Description : Software - Implementation of the 12Meg trial. All current 4Meg customers on the 4 Meg synch profile will be upgraded to 12Meg synch profile.
Impact : Either increased service experience or degraded service due to line quality not supporting new sync profile
Time Down : 2010-01-28 21:00
Time Up : 2010-02-22 08:28
Sites : Seapoint 10 , Clareinch 10 , Bryanston 8
Affected : ADSL users
Cause : Planned work ref 8399230
ETTR : > 24 Hours
Resolution : Planned Work Completed

I am upgrading to 4MB this week, but my ISP account will only be ready to use it next week. Would love to be one of the lucky ones to get 12MB trial.

While I am happy for the 4meg clients, I am a bit concerned that people's caps will get eaten up extremely quickly!

However I have to think this is a positive step in the long run.

Will I be able to use my Mweb account to login to SAIX Notice board?
I am aware that Mweb does have a notice board but it looks like SAIX's notice board is more informative.
