I thought I'd share my series of usage emails to show how rubbish the tracking system actually is.

So for 4 days it was stuck on 0.

Service threshold : 2.00GB

According to our records your total usage as at [2006-11-22 00:00:01] has exceeded the agreed service threshold.

Uploaded : 367.81MB
Downloaded : 2.39GB
Combined Total : 2.75GB
Service threshold : 2.00GB

So over the cap then the 80% email:
