Telkom Usage Tracker

I have not received my Data Usage email for the last 2 days and I get a "Invalid Username" when I try log into their TelkomInternet Usage Tracker Tool. I know the Username is correct as my router is logging in and I can connect to the internet.

Anyone else experiencing this?
