Telkom usage - what is happening?

Anyone have an update about the telkom usage setup these days. I phoned telkom twice this morning and got this:

Person 1:
You will not be billed for any extra useage over threshold this month - only from February the 1st.

Person 2:
I dunno - speak to this guy (he is only available during office hours):

The online usage tracker for my 2gig account shows the following:
Blended:
Uploaded 155.8119 MB
Downloaded 9.6211 GB
Combined Total 9.7732 GB

Local:
Uploaded 193.0042 MB
Downloaded 12.2725 GB
Combined Total 12.461 GB

What will I be billed come end January? Anyone know - cos Telkom don't?

You will just be billed your usual amount at the end of January.

If you exceed 20gb local next month, however, you might get billed R25.55 for every local gb you use above 20gb. TI have said they reserve the right to bill you for the excess, but not that they definitely will.

You can go mad until Feb 1st.

From then on, you get 10GB free local for every 1GB regular. After that, it's R25.55 per gig, which is a complete rip-off.
