You guys wont believe this but i applied for my DSL384 late July and the lady who helped me said that the techies are very busy and i`ll hav to wait atleast 6-8weeks most.its nw 3 months ago and no one cam to install my line yet.i phone the telkom querry num and those guys that help you are useless and they waisting ppls time.dont knw why telkom employ them to take calls

Finally they cam two days ago.Installed my line and router and evrything but there was no connection.went to his telkom bakkie and brought a new router,same prob no connection to the internet.he then used my phone for 30min to call one of the other techies prob to find out what the prob cud be and thought they sud knw what to do when there is a prob.
They all a useless and time waisting bunch.
If u guys "fellow myadsl members" also hav a similar story to tell that might hav happend to you or anything that PISSED you off,plz tell us.
