So i wake up this morning to an sms saying Telkom has cancelled my adsl line, i thought wtf.

I go over to my router and it has been deactivated.

How the F can this happen, i did not cancel my line, im literally up to my neck with Telkoms crap. If its not wrong billing or they bump my line up to a 10mb, yet its as stable as eskoms power grid or now this random out of the blue cancellations.

Also thought WTF and checked via my current ISP my line speed ; 20mbps. I have no idea what they have done with my line, but I've been trying for months to cancel things, get reimbursed etc and I'm getting annoyed with fighting.

I'm probably going to leave it since I can't reach anyone.

my snr droped like crazy in the past 2week

My ping has jumped about 10x normal. Telkom is not interested.

Our line is on the floor so I raised a fault which they haven't touched for 2 months.
 
And what's up with their call center? Avg wait time for me is 30min to an hour. And then little fscks put you on hold when they can't figure things out and the line gets cut. So over this crap. Wish I had proper 3G in my area, would give them the fscking boot
 
Does telkom ever reply here?, sorry im new. That must have been a bad shock for you op, did they not give reason?
