Very disappointed in Telkom. Utter refusal to process a cancellation of a contract that ended already.Phoned their head office department to no avail.. Called today the 09 of June agent just hung up on me. Called back and was helped by another useless agent. I then decided to go to thier park station branch however the lady who was supposed to be assisting me was just clueless about everything she told me about some obligation fee that i need to pay when i ask what for she tells me to phone the billing department. If you don't like being stuck in a contract that you have paid for 2 years and want to get out of, do NOT join Telkom as you will never be able to successfully cancel. The procedures are designed to fail. No one knows who did what so you will just get pushed around while your contract continues. For people who HATE being stuck when they have paid and deserve to cancel, I advise you never to sign up. Going to make sure everyone I know understands what they'll be getting when they're a telkom client.

You cancel from your online profile, I have cancelled 2 or 3 accounts successfully that way. Now sign up on it and then Google how to remove it.

What you experienced is tipical one of the Symptoms of Digital deployment practices. Arrogance and pain is in order.
