I currently have LTE and a telkom prepaid voice line that is only used for voice calls.

I am tired of paying a fortune for mobile data and want to switch over to DSL so that I can stream videos without worrying about my 5 Gig cap.
Question 1: Will I have to pay an installation fee to move from prepaid waya-waya to a post-paid voice line?
Question 2: Is the voice line element a month to month contract that I could cancel at any time or is it a 24 month contract etc?
Last question: 10 Meg line, 50 gig cap, which ISP is my best bet?

Q1: No installation fee.
Q2: It's only contract if you take the free modem. Telkom contracts are way better than the cell operators though, only 1 month cancellation fee.
Q3: for your needs I'd actually recommend you stay with Telkom.
