OMFG...
Telkom are so useless sometimes.
My WiMax Siemens Gigaset devices where blown out on port1 on all 4 of my devices, so i log a call to get new ones.
They give me a reference number and arrange for me to get them replaced at the telkom shop. they give me billion devices back, along with sweet zero info.
Now my Voice over WiMax is not working, Nobody in any call centre i have tried has any idea on what information i need.
They cant give me any information on settings, passwords, etc.
I am desperate to find out if anyone has any idea what to do.
I have received information from various people across the range of telkom call centres.
The info i have is
SIP Registra 196.43.17.141
User Realm 196.43.39.254
Proxy 196.43.17.141
I still have no clue what my password would be or where on gods green earth you would even begin to find it.
But at the moment, some random info from one of the call centres gave me what they thought the password is.
My router is giving me
Jan 11 14:25:04 Billion.800VGT:sip_SipTransactionManager_?:none: SIP Registration is Forbidden for phone #########
Jan 11 14:25:09 Billion.800VGT:sip_SipTransactionManager_?:none: SIP Invalid Username/Password for phone ########
Does anyone know if that info is right,
My business is down with no inbound calls what so ever because i am missing a password, and IP address. This is so dumb its scary.
If anyone can help or point my tired and fuming head in the right direction i would be greatly appreciative.
