TELKOM VPN LITE

Hi Guys. I am not sure if this is the correct forum to ask this. Is there anyone who is using TELKOM VPN LITE. We are considering implimenting it at our organization. I would like someone to share their experience of this product with me before we make a decision.

I have it at three sites. Good product, but just had a recent outage. Call SAI they have a product called Site Link. I'm getting both in case Telkom stuffs me again. I get 50-150ms Latency, and we use it for Terminal Services. I have multiple connections at each branch and load balance across the VPN, works well.
