Telkom vs Access vs Mweb over Wimax

I had a chance over this long week to test the Telkom, Axxess and Mweb ADSL ISP’s over my Telkom installed WiMax line (512), the Telkom 9GB, Access 5 GB and Mweb 1GB accounts worked lovely.. was getting around 45-55 Kb/s at times… always around this range… Saturday afternoon I decided to upgrade by Mweb account to a 512, Uncapped account… this was terrible, from the start my downloads never went above 30 Kb/s… almost all the time around 22kb/s..
is this normal for Mweb uncapped?? I read on another post here that there are upgrades being made to the Mweb accounts.. could this be the problem?

what were you downloading from?
Torrents, news servers or HTTP downloads?
On the shaped account the speed can be that low what were you downloading?
on the shaped account the speed can be that low when using torrents or shaped services during the day

it would generally speed up after hours and after about 12:00 it would go full speed most of the time

I get about 60GB per month using decently seeded torrents on my 384Kb account
