Telkom vs Xneelo

I cannot send any mail to a telkomsa.net address
Does anyopne have contact details for their technical support?

I have a mail server hosted on an Xneelo hosted Server and I cannot get to telkomsa.net from any Xneelo address
Is anyone else having a similar problem?
