I recently tried to have our satellite bandwidth upgraded but after numerous dead-end calls, I gave up.
Unfortunately, last week lightning fried the satellite modem so now I have to get hold of them
Can anyone give me some contact details to get hold of Telkom VSAT??
The numbers provided either lead you back to Telkom internet (who seem to have no valid contact details for their own VSAT deptartment) or just ring and ring
The first number we were given was 10215, 10217 (engaged signal) then 0800 500 200, then we tried 0860 478 728 (who says we need to speak to Telkom). We tried 012 426-8672, 012 426-8743, 012 426-8653, 012 426-8740. Needless to say, enquiries submitted via the web have gone unanswered...
Does telkom have a VSAT department anymore??
